Simone Biles, the most decorated gymnast in history and a seven-time Olympic gold medalist, revealed she is recovering after a terrifying health scare that left her feeling like she had \u201calmost died.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an Instagram Stories post on June 6, Biles shared a photo wearing hospital wristbands and said the incident was one of the scariest experiences of her life. She did not reveal what happened but said she has been resting in bed while recovering.<\/p>\n

Biles noted that her husband, Jonathan Owens, was away at training camp with the Indianapolis Colts and could not be with her during the ordeal. She promised to share more details about the incident in the future.<\/p>\n
