Further scans showed the cancer had spread to her uterus, pelvic lymph nodes, and lung, making it incurable.<\/p>\n<p>Now living with stage 4 bowel cancer, Susan is sharing her story to raise awareness about early warning signs and encourage people to seek answers if something feels wrong, even when tests appear normal.
