When faced with someone in need, we can choose to walk away or help. While many people hesitate to assist strangers\u2014especially the homeless\u2014Burger King employee Matthew Resendez chose kindness.<\/p>\n

In 2018, a homeless man asked Matthew what he could buy with 50 cents. Instead of saying \u201cnothing,\u201d Matthew rang up a full meal and paid for it himself. A customer who witnessed the act later tipped Matthew $100 and praised him to the company.<\/p>\n

Matthew\u2019s mother shared the story proudly on Facebook, highlighting her son\u2019s compassion and generosity. His simple act showed empathy beyond his years\u2014and proved that kindness often comes back when you least expect it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
