Jason and Aria’s marriage was arranged by their parents for business reasons, and they barely knew each other when they got married at 20 and 21. Soon after, Aria became pregnant with their daughter, Lily. Now, seven months later, she quietly wonders if Jason is truly happy with the life they built so quickly.
At a family gathering, Aria watches Jason helping in the kitchen while their daughter is adored by relatives. Although everything seems warm and peaceful, Aria still carries doubts about their rushed marriage and Jason’s true feelings.
Wanting answers, she walks toward the kitchen—but stops when she hears Jason speaking to his mother in a way she’s never heard before. He says he doesn’t know what he’d do without Aria and Lily, and that they’ve completely changed his life. He admits he used to care only about parties, but now feels deeply fulfilled and grateful.
Hidden nearby, Aria listens in shock and relief as Jason continues praising her and their daughter, saying they are everything to him. His mother also expresses how proud she is of the life they’ve built together.
Overwhelmed with emotion, Aria realizes Jason truly loves their life and family more than she ever knew.
Later that night, she tells him she overheard everything. Jason admits he meant every word but doesn’t say it often enough. He reassures her that she and Lily are his whole world.
The next day, Aria prepares a special dinner and surprises him with a romantic evening. Together, they realize that despite starting as an arranged marriage, they have built a real, loving family.
