After a couple welcomed their baby daughter, their golden retriever, Lora, began spending every night sitting beside the crib, watching the baby without sleeping or leaving. At first, the parents thought she was simply being protective, but her unusual behavior soon worried them.
To find out why, they installed a night-vision camera in the nursery. When they reviewed the footage, they were shocked. Around 3 a.m., Lora suddenly growled and barked at the window as someone tried to break into the room. The dog immediately jumped into action, scaring the intruder away and even biting him.
Police later discovered that a criminal had been targeting homes in the area. Thanks to evidence left behind and Lora’s bravery, he was arrested two days later.
From that night on, Lora slept beside the crib. She had been protecting the baby all along.!!
