At a ceremonial military review on the South Lawn, heavy rain created a lighthearted moment between the two. According to a lip-reading expert, Camilla joked, “We shall have soggy bottoms,” referring to the wet chair cushions. Melania appeared confused by the British expression and asked, “Soggy bottoms?”
