She later filed a lawsuit under Michigan’s civil rights law, which bans weight discrimination, seeking damages for emotional distress and embarrassment. The case was privately settled in 2025.
Now, DeMoss is trending again after videos showed her riding in a spacious luxury chauffeur van, sparking mixed reactions online.
