Matthew Davis and Danielle married after just two months of dating, but only seven months into their marriage, Matthew was left in a coma after a motorcycle accident.
Doctors warned Danielle he might not recover and suggested removing life support, but she refused, believing he would survive. After months of care at home with his mother and wife, Matthew eventually spoke his first words: “I’m trying.”
He later woke up but suffered brain injuries and lost memories of the past few years, including Danielle. Despite this, she stood by him throughout his recovery, crediting her faith for helping them endure the ordeal.
Matthew says he is grateful she believed in him, saying their meeting and marriage were part of God’s plan, while Danielle calls it a story of faith, patience, and hope.!!
