Prince William Expected To Make Major Changes When He Becomes King!!

Prince William is reportedly planning major reforms to royal property management when he becomes king, aiming to cut costs and modernize the monarchy.

A UK National Audit Office report highlighted Prince Andrew’s extensive property arrangements, including leases on 10 royal homes and subletting three, potentially earning him up to £180,000 a year. He secured a long-term deal on Royal Lodge after paying £1 million upfront and funding major renovations, later paying only minimal rent.

The report also noted discounted royal housing for Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, with King Charles covering part of their rental costs.

According to reports, William wants to stop non-working royals from living in palace properties rent-free and ban subletting of royal homes, aiming for a more transparent and cost-efficient system.

He and Catherine currently pay around £307,200 a year to rent their Windsor home. William has said that “change is on my agenda,” signaling a push for a leaner monarchy in the future.!!
