It was supposed to be a weekend away—music, a festival, time together in their RV.
Instead, it became the last chapter of their lives.
Christopher Coll (45) and Kayleigh Coll (38) were found dead inside their camper on October 12, 2025, while attending a UK festival, leaving behind four young children who now face life without their parents.
At first, the cause of death was unclear. Police said there was nothing suspicious. But later findings revealed the truth: carbon monoxide poisoning.
A faulty or improperly ventilated gas heater is believed to have filled the RV with deadly fumes while they slept.
The update has left friends and loved ones shattered. A fundraiser launched to support the children describes the couple as inseparable “soul mates,” devoted parents, and the kind of people who always put family first.
Kayleigh is remembered as endlessly selfless, always fighting for her children’s needs. Christopher is described as kind beneath his tough exterior, a man whose humour and warmth stayed with everyone who knew him.
Now, only memories remain—and four children growing up without the two people who meant everything to them.
