Influencer Fatally Shot After Publicly Accusing Estranged Husband of Pedophilia

TikTok influencer Sara Gilson was found dead alongside her estranged husband, Jeremiah “Shawn” Duffey, after a tragic murder-suicide at their Oklahoma home.

Dispatch audio reportedly captured a woman “screaming and crying” before police arrived. Investigators say Duffey shot Gilson before turning the gun on himself. A child inside the home called 911.

Before her death, Gilson had publicly accused Duffey of inappropriate conduct involving a minor and had recently obtained an emergency protective order against him, citing threats and concerns for her safety.

Gilson, a hairstylist and lifestyle creator, is survived by her two children, for whom loved ones have launched a GoFundMe campaign.
