My 12-year-old made wheelchairs for three stray dogs—then a neighbor destroyed their shelter and ended up facing unforeseen consequences.!!

My 12-year-old son, Ethan, has always had a big heart. One night, we found three badly injured stray dogs that could barely walk. Despite having little money, we took them to a vet, who said they would likely never walk normally again. Determined to help, Ethan built homemade wheelchairs from old bicycle parts and scraps. After weeks of hard work, the dogs were finally able to move again, and Ethan even used his savings to build them a shelter.

Unfortunately, our neighbor Melinda constantly complained about the dogs and the shelter. One morning, Ethan discovered the shelter destroyed and the dogs terrified. With no proof, there was little we could do, leaving Ethan heartbroken.

Days later, security footage from a nearby home revealed Melinda had entered our yard and destroyed the shelter. She was ordered to pay for the damages and fund a new, stronger shelter. As the story spread, neighbors rallied around Ethan, donating supplies and supporting the dogs.

Watching the dogs happily run around in their wheelchairs, Ethan finally smiled again. One evening, he looked at them and quietly said, “They’re okay now.” And for the first time, I knew he was too. ❤️🐕!!
